We use UK Mail to make most of our deliveries. Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days of receipt of your payment unless otherwise specified. We will send an e-mail to confirm payment and a second e-mail to confirm delivery along with tracking number when dispatched. Please ensure packages are checked for damaged prior to signing a receipt of delivery.
Standard postage prices are for UK mainland (Excludes NI, Scottish Highlands (see postcodes below), Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Skye). For additional postage charges to exclusions and the rest of Europe please enquire. Postcodes included in Highlands AB4-5, 31, 33, 35-38, 44, 45, 51-56, FK18-21, G84, IV1-28 30-36, 40, 52-54, 63, KA27, 28, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-22, 25, 26, 30-41, 49, 50, TR21-25.
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard etc. and make no additional charge for their use. All transactions are made through a secure encrypted credit card processing system provided by our on-line merchant Sage Pay.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order without reason within 7 working days from the day after the day you received the goods. In this event, please notify us by email or telephone before you return the goods to us. We will refund 100% of the lamp/s original value charged to you within 30 days. If you wish us to arrange for our courier to collect unwanted items, this will incur a collection fee. The collection fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and essentially in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Tiffany lamps are extremely fragile and great care MUST be taken when repackaging as refunds may not be issued if goods returned to us are damaged. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods. It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Faulty or Damaged.
All our lamps are checked prior to dispatch, however, if you find the goods to be faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched please notify us immediately to arrange a replacement/refund. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
